How bad could he be? He was in the part of Kurd Iraq that was in our control and ignored until after the war.



Even though there was a no-fly-zone, no part of Iraq was in our control before we entered Iraq and like the president said, Iraq had trained and financed al Qaeda-type terrorist organizations.


We all know al-Zarqawi was setting in Iraq waiting our arrival.
