Their use may be small on a per capita basis.

But the fact remains that China and India are the number 2 and 3
CO2 emitters in the world with a total that is over 1/2 that of
the US. Sat photos show massive brown clouds coming across the
Pacific from these miniscule pollluters. Something not see from
the "evil" US.

(Economist also reported that China alone accounts for about 11%
of the world trade in super luxury goods such as Rolex etc
watches, designer handbags, and other trappings of the super
affluent. Interesting in light of the image of China being
poor).

And your (non) understanding of Kyoto is amazing. China and
India along with all the rest of the developing countries did
not have to make ANY cuts. The BA meeting as a follow-on even
resulted in a resolution baring any discussion of cuts required
for developing countries at any future meeting.
