Kids are funny. My aunt Rose was walking up a subway staircase
with her youngest son once, when she noticed the spacing of the
side-rails. She turned around and said "Now Derick, don't stick your
head between ... Oh god, he's done it." Derick finally got his head
out after much crying, with the help of a number of maintenance
people.
