It might be a policeman who thinks I might have been speeding.....

It might be a cashier at Walmart who may want to deny my check
until I
provide additional ID...

It is ALWAYS anybody behind a desk in any municipal or tax
office....

...... as I think on it..... damn near everybody can make bad stuff
happen
to me if I piss them off.....

......except for newsgroups....... You can't hit me if you can't find
me (grin).....
