It is sheer fantasy to think you can treat everyone equally. You can't treat
women like you treat men. You can't treat men like you treat women. You
can't treat 21 year old like you treat 65 year olds. You can't treat Texans
like you treat Washingtonians.

Let me ask you this real life question. Do you think the law treats everyone
equally now?
