As you know, I don't killfile anyone.  I simply choose not to reply to
them.  Killfiling someone gives them the satisfaction that they got to
you, and the one thing I don't want to do, is to give them satisfaction.
 I believe killfiling someone is a form of admitting defeat.  And
besides, I want to know how the lunatic fringe thinks.

So I read Dave, The Raving Reactionary( I think that will now be his new
name, as it fits him well and he certainly has earned it ).  The
certainly is a most dogmatic ideologue.  And I do agree that Dave, The
Raving Reactionary, is indeed exhibiting the Internet equivalent of
standing on his soap box in the park and ranting at the top of his voice.

Far from it. It is merely an acknowledgment of the raving and ignoring the ranting instead of hiding from it. Is hiding from something a Girl thing? Hardly, and you should be ashamed for posting these blatantly sexist characterizations.

 appears that many Male-Americans are able to endure raving stupidity
with less intellectual pain than some of the Female-Americans.

If that is the way it appears to you, then perhaps you should review your own attitudes towards the relationship between intellect and gender, using a rational yardstick. Perhaps you might uncover a shortcoming or two in your preconceived and quite erroneous notions, as per my comments above.
