I'm not sure I've ever responded to any of your posts, Josh, but
it's not for lack of respect, it's only because you've covered
things so well and artfully that I can't think of anything to say. I
have great respect for Alan too, but I feel he's shown some
weakness, or fatigue with too much fighting all the good fights,
on this issue. I don't fight all the fights I should fight either.
One can't be fighting all the time, it's too wearisome.
