Re: I want Bush and Cheney impeached now

Why did you not and do you not simply answer that question that I
asked?

You seem quite able to fabricate answers and say that they are what
I wrote without my assistance. You might as well write both sides
of the conversation and save effort. If I can write at length of
a government that only uses force in response to those who use
force and be accuded of writing of a government that uses force
in response to political dissent, why bother starting with what
I wrote?

Let's look at an example:

Engineer: "He would have no way to force them, and
he and a majority of his fellow citizens voting in
a referendum to attempt to force them would be treated
the same as if it was him and his cat that voted."

Ian: "This is getting interesting. Do I interpret you
correctly: your libertarian government would put its
political philosophy above a clearly expressed majority
view of the people?

Now I *could* explain to you the basic concept behind the
laws of the US, UK, Canada, Australia, etc., which is the
concept of a consitution that is above a majority vote.
I could make an analogy about two wolves and one sheep
having a vote as to what's for dinner. I could point out
that laws that were directly voted on can be overturned
if they are found to be nconstitutional. But why bother?
Any such answer will simply result in you accusing me of
being against all democracies. You are going to put words
in my mouth whatever I write, so why should I bother writing
anything?
