Web sites are often not kept updated. I don't believe that fot page
has been updated in a number of years. As to my own page, when I
became aware because of something Licia wrote on an e-mail list that it
was not a meeting, it just didn't dawn on me that I should go change
that page accordingly.

If you were searching on soc.religion.quaker, that could be the
problem. A Google search for posts in Google groups written by her
finds nothing. She writes voluminously in many Quaker forums, but much
of this writing does not appear to be indexed by Google. I actually
think she did post a few times here, although one can't find that by
searching. Also, BeliefNet search found nothing on her name, although
I could find some posts by her by moving around BeliefNet's Quaker
forums.

I didn't find what I was looking for, but I did find in one e-mail
group where she said her membership was in Friends of Truth, which she
noted was not listed by FWCC (probably relevant only in that Marshall
seems to think that listing by FWCC is a statement of legitimacy by
FWCC). This is the group designed as an umbrella group to which all
local bodies of the one true church would affiliate (but only the
semi-defunct Glenside group ever identified with). I wonder if it even
has something that could be called a individual membership process.
I'm not aware that it has any formal structure. I think she means more
that this is who she identifies with. At any rate, Friends of Truth
has never, to the best of my knowledge, claimed to be a local meeting.
