Would there be any spiritual significance if Joseph Smith uttered a
Masonic plea and had a Jupiter talisman in his possession when he
died?

The Masonic plea? No, if he did utter it, it would probably be a plea
for help from any Masons in the mob. No more spiritual significance
than seeing Bill when you're in trouble and asking him for help. A
Jupiter talisman? Maybe, we believe that the gospel has been around
since Adam and parts entered various other religions. For that reason
what is a Jupiter talisman to one person might in fact represent
something else in the gospel. For example, sunstones in the temple
walls represent that Jesus is the light of the world, though it is
possible that sun-worshipers might have something similar for their
own use.
