I'm not sure I understand. Was she an "official" LDS missionary? Do LDS
missionaries ask people for money for the BoM?


As an aside sometimes a JW will ask me to buy the magazine they offer.
But I understand that the JW themselves have to pay for the literature
they have; it is not given by the organization.
