I would take exception to the above, in that when one is SetApart
for a sepcific calling in the Church, the Presiding Authority does
confir Priesthood Keys of Administration, to that person, Holding that
Calling, so that they may function in that Calling, while they Hold,
that Calling. If one were to be SetApart to be YM President, then the
Presiding Authority (Bishop or Branch President) will state somewhere in
the SettingApart process that "I confir upon you all the Keys, Rights,
and Privilages, pretaining to this Calling" or something to that effect.
The Person then has the Keys of Administration to function, and
Administer the Church Programs associated with that Calling, and does so
by the Power of the Pristhood of God, and the Priesthood Keys which they
hold while in that Calling.
