Well, certainly contemplating how God wants us to treat our fellow
man is important, but I don't believe that it's an "either-or" issue.
I think *both* are important. In fact, I believe that part of how we
are to treat our fellow man is to share the *truth* of God with them,
so it is certainly not an "either-or" issue.

But if doctrines aren't important, then that leads to two interesting
questions. Why did the LDS church have to be created in the first
place, since it is no different from any Christian church in "how
to treat our fellow man"?

Also, if doctrine isn't important, then why are the LDS missionaries
trained to teach it, rather than simply preaching, "how to treat others"?

Well, since you asked, it appears that you have gone out of your
way to avoid answering my question. And personally, I don't
find that "reasonable". You are free to disagree, of course... <g>
