Re: Missionary clothing

Where do you live? What I am thinking is that there should be church
congregations near you. You can go to the church during the Sunday meetings,
and ask the qeustion in person. Of course, they won't want to buy or sell on
Sunday, but you should meet polite people. And they may ask how to contact
you during the week, so that they can discuss it with you.

As you have a computer (and are writing to SRM) the church web site (
www.lds.org ) has a link to the distribution center. They sell white shirts.

I have a Filipino pen pal whose family is quite poor. They have a son
who wish's to go on a mission to somewhere in the Philippines but lacks
the funds to purchase the needed clothing that male Mormon missionaries
wear-
black pants, white shirts etc. I would like to help him by obtaining his
required clothing. But do not know how as I am no Mormon. I was thinking
that there is many LDS missionaries who come home and perhaps they would
be willing to sell their clothes, if so I would be willing to pay top
dollar. But otherwise" HELP!
