Hard for me to believe anyone in any society ever thought
regular menstrual bleeding so unusual it needed healing.
Societies don't need to know modern biology to know that
women have monthly periods of bleeding. The old testament
law mentions it.

Jesus healed her. To "heal" menstruation by stopping it
from happening in a non-pregnant woman of childbearing age,
would not be an offer of health.
