Re: Even the Atoms

Hi Doug,

Well now I am flabbergasted. You say:
"I don't know how to explain God's mechanism Kent, nor does anyone else."

No one, not even me who just explained my understanding to you, can
understand it? So my religion is wrong, according to Doug. I have to
blindly refuse to understand Baha'u'llah's words in order to be a Baha'i, is
that it Doug?

If you don't know how to explain the mechanism, you don't understand, Doug.
And that is the end of the story.

You don't understand, but please don't tell me what I understand, okay?

In the spirit of consultation, let's get that issue out of the way before we
move on.

Doug,

You: "The spiritual laws, principles, teachings et al have an effect on
all
peoples and things, even the atoms."

I have told you several times, Doug, that I believe God refreshes our
religious understanding every millennium with a new Message from a new
Messenger. And through that renewal of understanding comes a refreshing
of
all human knowledge. No understanding is left untouched. All of
humanity,
whether they are aware or not, becomes as new again.

But you seem to be saying that the mechanism you understand for God a
"have
an effect" is different than mine. Could you please explain?

Thanks, --Kent

I don't know how to explain God's mechanism Kent, nor does anyone else.
All we know is what the Manifestation of God reveals to us and what is
revealed is that God created all and He then has His Revelation recreate
and endow Creation with a new potential. If you know of any Writings to
refute this then please share them for I don't.

The problem I see is that you seem to restrict God's as a mechanism by
saying it only has to do with knowledge and from my view it has to do with
all Creation. This is why we have a much different flora and fauna as
Creation had thousands of years ago.

1688. The field is indeed so immense, the period so critical, the Cause so
great, the workers so few, the time so short, the privilege so priceless,
that no follower of the Faith of Baha'u'llah, worthy to bear His name, can
afford a moment's hesitation. That God-born Force, irresistible in its
sweeping power, incalculable in its potency, unpredictable in its course,
mysterious in its workings, and awe-inspiring in its manifestations?a
[215] Force which, as the Bab has written, "vibrates within the innermost
being of all created things," and which, according to Baha'u'llah, has
through its "vibrating influence," "upset the equilibrium of the world and
revolutionized its ordered life" ?such a Force, acting even as a two-edged
sword, is, under our very eyes, sundering, on the one hand, the age-old
ties which for centuries have held together the fabric of civilized
society, and is unloosing, on the other, the bonds that still fetter the
infant and as yet unemancipated Faith of Baha'u'llah.
_Power Divine Assistance (4:3)

Sanctified be the Lord of all mankind, at the mention of Whose name all
the atoms of the earth have been made to vibrate, and the Tongue of
Grandeur hath been moved to disclose that which had been [17] wrapt in His
knowledge and lay concealed within the treasury of His might. He, verily,
through the potency of His name, the Mighty, the All-Powerful, the Most
High, is the ruler of all that is in the heavens and all that is on earth.

peace,
doug
