Hi Susan-
I would say it was because the Aqdas said so but I also feel that given the fact the Manifestation knows all about Creation on the whole, how it works, etc. then maybe there is also a rational reason that we have yet to discover because of our current lack of spiritual development.
From where do we get the ideas or inspirations to develop numbers or mathematics if not from the next world which also may be manifested or reflected in this world. 95 and other numbers mentioned in our Writings may have something to do with the laws of the universe too.
