Re: Help Request - Sourcing a Quote

Dear Shirley,

Thanks ever so much for your help, as you say it's
closely related to the one mentioned and a joy to
read. Thanks again,

Kind Regards,
Jeremy

Dear Jeremy:

Although this may not be the quote you are looking
for, this one may be
related, and which is, of course, a pilgrim note,
but substantially refers
to the four grades of people.

"To one who visited in Haifa, 'Abdu'l-Baha said
substantially, in likening
the Cause of God to a Garden: 'At the gate of the
garden some stand and look
within, but do not care to enter. Others step
inside, behold its beauty, but
do not penetrate far. Still others encircle this
garden inhaling the
fragrance of the flowers, having enjoyed its full
beauty, pass out again by
the same gate. But there are always some who enter
and, becoming intoxicated
with the splendor of what they behold, remain for
life to tend the garden'."

Hello,

There is a quote relating how there are four
grades of
people: those who have not heard of Baha'u'llah,
those
who have heard of Baha'u'llah, those who believe
in
Baha'u'llah, and those who believe in Baha'u'llah
and
actively teach.

This idea I think comes from "Stories of
Baha'u'llah"
compiled by Ali-Akbar Furutan, but my access to
books
is limited so I was wondering if anyone could find
this for me. Thanks ever so much for your time,

Kind Regards,
Jeremy
