Albert "Only when you are willing to give some answers to the questions I
already asked in my post."
I often find myself in a quandary about answering un-asked questions. How
far do I go? For example, in this message I do not understand the thrust of
it, so if I were to answer it I would be answering several alternative
questions. If you meant to say "a" my answer would be "x", but if you meant
to say "b" then my answer would be "y".
I think for my benefit, and yours, and anyone else who might be reading, if
you could just restate the questions more clearly. Mainly you seem to be
asking me for the names of dictionaries.
References, please?<
I said I got if from a web search, but you should know that. To answer your
question more completely I could instruct you on how to google the
definition of a word, but I suspect you would find that condescending or
sarcastic.
Who would that be? give examples and references?
You want me to quote writers on the SRB that said these things? I have been
resisting that urge. Matt asked once too. But if you want backup, quote me
again and ask specifically for who said it.
Where? References?
You want me to quote every definition of fundamentalism I have ever seen? I
am not sure I could do that, but I could give you ten or twenty. Would that
be enough?
Anyway, Albert, you can see this is not productive. May God bless and keep
you in the palm of His hand until we meet again. (an Irish blessing).

I am not sure what you are saying here. Can you explain it to me?
Nice quotes. Thanks.
