Dear John,
I think it does represent a tangible difference because while the
Baha'i community has increased in size tremendously since the early
days the number of killings done by those imagining themselves to be
serving the Faith has disapppeared, not increased. The only instances
of this were in the early days when Baha'is had not fully understood
the implications of the Baha'i revelation.

Well, Sikhs have done a fair amount of killing in the name of religion,
and I don't know much about the Fulan gang. As far as I know Jains
don't believe in swatting flies, let alone killing human beings!
