Melanoma is the most deadly of skin cancers.

Can be fatal - yet others live for yrs. with it.

Maureen Reagan had it and yrs later it cropped up in other parts of her
body and finally killed her.

Sam Donaldson - newscaster - has had it for yrs. and no reurrence

McCain having had 3 - last in 2007- could cause problems.

Hard to tell - it's a wait and see game.
