First of all, most search engines use crawlers or bots to locate
Web pages for indexing. Few (if any) of the major engines accept
submittals anymore. It takes as long as 2-4 weeks after a page
appears on the Web before it is indexed. According to the frame in
the upper left corner, this page has been up less than a week. Be
patient!

Some search crawlers and bots have problems trying to extract
indexing data from Web pages that are not valid HTML. Yours is
definitely NOT valid. It was generated by Word, which is even
worse than generating by FrontPage. If you can't manually code the
HTML, use a standards-compliant tool such as Nvu (see
<URL:http://www.nvu.com/>).

You are using frames for no really good purpose. It's nice that
you can create frames, but they are not needed here. Unnecessary?
They are outright annoying. For a valid use of frames, see
<URL:http://cad.chp.ca.gov/>.

Your copyright notice appears on my browser window as
Entire contents of this website Copyright ã 2002-2005
Notice that the circled-C copyright symbol is changed to an a with
a tilde. This is a result of not using the HTML entity reference
© for the symbol; without the word "copyright", this notice
would be invalid for protecting your rights.

You use "smart quotes". I see these as you intended, but other
browsers on other systems (e.g., on UNIX) will see question marks
(?). You also use "smart apostrophes", which have the same
problem.

You are probably viewing your page with Internet Explorer (IE)
operating under Windows. IE and Word were developed by the same
people; IE compensates for errors in Word-generated Web pages. I
suggest you find some friends who have Macs and use the Safari
browser and other friends who use Firefox, Mozilla, or Opera on any
computer. View your pages through their computers. Also try
someone who uses Linux or UNIX with Konqueror. From your original
question, I believe you are trying to reach as broad an audience as
possible with your Web site. You must then ensure that you don't
limit your audience by creating an IE-only site.

I use Mozilla as my Web browser because I want a browser that
complies with Web standards. See <URL:http://www.mozilla.org/>.
