Given that EAs and FCs are not charged dues in US grand
jurisdictions that do business in the MM degree, your assertion
seems bizzare. For the dozen or so that have returned to the
world wide standard, I don't know if they charge their EAs and
FCs dues.
So just to check - Are EAs and FCs charged dues in most
world wide jurisdictions? They aren't in most US jurisdictions.
That would be the next step in correcting the mistake of
restriction business meetings to the 3rd degree.
So you are unable to suspend an EA for non-payment of dues.
