PM Votes

Here's a question to toss around....
One of the hot topics going around my Jurisdiction is whether to grant PMs
the right to vote at the Grand Lodge Annual Communication; they already have
a voice and can rise to speak to any issue, but at this time do not have the
right to vote on anything.
I know there are many US jurisdictions where PMs don't get to vote, like here
in Michigan. I also know there are jurisdictions where they do enjoy both
voice and vote at the Annual Communication.
I'd be interested in hearing how the issue works in your Jurisdiction,
especially if granting the vote to your PMs is something that your
jurisdiction has done fairly recently. I'd like to bring some of the answers
back to my brethren here, for them to chew on for a while.
TIA,
-Dave
