I believe our Brother means that the fairer gender tends to respond first
with her emotions. ;)
Absolutely and especially where beliefs and affairs of the heart are concerned.
Also I get VERY fed up with the PC crap that everyone is equal. Everyone is different. With different strengths and weaknesses. On the whole women have different characteristics than men. This is not a judgement as to which is "better" in any particular case.
