What would that be, more exactly?

Assuming for argument's sake that the scope of what "President
Obama can do" included the repeal of DADT (which I am guessing
James Ascher would agree to, and JTEM would not), I suppose that
the repeal of DOMA would also be included in that scope.

Since that one hasn't even gotten *started* in these two,
fleeting, halcyon years of Change We Could Believe In (If
We Squinted Real Hard and Worked On That Ol' Gag Reflex),
I doubt it'll happen in the next two years. But, hey.
