Have I mentioned that the sauerbraten I made this weekend turn outDear god, HOW?
like ambrosia?
We took Alfonso's mother, who is visiting from Mazatlan, to a nearby old
German town, Fredericksburg, to see a touristy version of German Texas and
the Olde West and at lunch I had to order off the menu to avoid something
with cabbage and vinegar. GAGAAGAGAGAGAGAGAG! I hate sauranything!
She did make homemade corn tortillas. Perfect, fluffy, round. I could
NEVER do that. Oh, and a homemade salsa. The dog loves her and the parrot
HATES her. But, I'm afraid, the parrot hates everybody.
