I meant, and I'm sorry if it was unclear, if *any*one thought the
cartoon funny. Then again, I don't like lutefisk.
We still haven't gotten to the bottom of the pearl issue. Although
Pearl was one of my grandmother's names.
Then again, as the much revered Dame Gwengolyn noted, if it was good
enough for Tsarina Alexandra (who would easily qualify as an Oriental
despot) I suppose we could make an allowance for a certain Canadian panda.
