And not to labour the point, but there are urban legends about the death
of Diana, and she wasn't wearing a seatbelt.

I was meaning all the other stuff, especially coming from a certain
owner of Harrods...
oh THOSE fairy stories. yes, of course, I didn't twig to what you
were referring. With better clarity, yes, I agree with you. rather
sad, really, his monomania. he's lost his son and can't deal with that
reality, needing to blame someone - anyone, other than the uncaring
laws of physics, and the distressing regularity with which drivers
under the influence make driving errors with lethal consequences.
I agree with you about the seatbelt- which is why the story about the
queen disturbed me a bit.
bothered me too. The other classic health-related example from that
family: George, Elizabeth and their two daughters. Two smoked, two
didn't. Two died early, one of lung cancer, the other with
significant health issues attributable at least in part to tobacco.
The other two have/had much better lifespans. Yes, kids, smoking is
indeed bad for you.

who has smoked 2.5 cigarettes in his life, stolen from his mama when
he was 13 or so. They tasted so vile I gave up, and mighty glad I am
to this day that I made that discovery with so little effort on my
part.
