"Don't sleep in the subway, darling..."

I had the Internet feed for news radio WINS on my office PC for most
of the day. In addition to updates on Katrina, I learned about the
infamous "subway flasher."

A female rider on the "R" line used her cell phone to snap a photo of
the suspect, and the resulting photo was published on the front page
of Saturday's Daily News. Some readers have noted a resemblance to one
of New York's prominent restaurateurs. WINS kept rerunning a soundbite
from a man who said the restaurant in question had good burgers, but
he wouldn't be eating there again.

Today's article in the Daily News ID's the restaurant as Quintessence,
a raw-food eatery. Hopefully the guy interviewed by WINS was wrong
about them serving burgers, or else Quintessence has a few cooked
items on its menu.
