Whoa, Mark. Marriage is something recognised by the government; gay
marriage represents _more government_!

This same argument can be used against conservatives esp. Libertarians
that go on about the 'freedom to contract' - a contract is a guarantee
the the government will step in and enforce your private agreements,
so contracts are inherently government.
