The facility is overwhelmingly Italian. The facility is owned by a
holding company owned by Italians. The person in charge of hiring is
an immigrant Italian and apparently illiterate as the follwing
rejection notice points out.
Birds of a feather will flock together. Why not apply to
an Anglo-Germano-Swede-Nordic-Danish-Canadian
company? You can save yourself a lot of time and
effort if you simply avoided applying to small Sino-Indo-
Italiano-Franco-Afro-Canadian businesses.
Btw, as far as I know, if it's not government, nor a
huge corporation, small business owners are still
free to pick and choose who they wish to have
as an employees. A family-owned business, or a
tiny limited company is not held up to the same hiring
standards as government or large corporations.
Also, what sort of work are you looking for?
If it's in construction, go to various job-sites,
look for the white boss and ask him directly
for work. You may have a better chance doing
going about it this way.
Good luck,
Heidi
Its not going to stop me from fighting, ok bitch?
