Sry, but this is wrong. The embargos were completely stop the
merchant and navy fleets, this stop 100% of Japanese export/import.
You actually could not be more wrong on this.
So you will be able to quote a slew of historians stating as much? Because,
you see, Toland wrote that actually, if the Japanese had stopped their
aggressive operations in China, they would not have needed to import all
that oil and scrap iron. Which reputed historian corrected Toland?
