The whole point about the V-2 was that it didn't need a prepared site.
You could launch it from any open flat grassed area.

Are you quite sure about grass? German artillerists
actually firing V2s in WW2 seem to have preferred
sections of paved highway, where in normal NW European
their heavy transporters would be less likely to get
bogged down. Tarmac or concrete would also present
a more uniform surface to V2 motor gases during the
first seconds of flight.
