Are you saying that black people do badly in IQ tests for reasons not
connected with culture?

Blacks from the Islands, who have been out of Africa as long
as blacks in the US, do about as well as anybody else on
"IQ" tests, if one corrects for socio-economic status.

US Blacks don't.

So as best as we can, we have done an experiement on two groups
of blacks, genetically equal but culturally different.

Socio-economic status has no impact on IQ. The only environmental
factor that affects IQ is car exhausts containing led.

Why don't people worry? Right now in Kazachstan, people are
murdering each other. Why? Because they belong to different ethnic
groups. In the Balkan wars the different groups resorted to ethnic
cleansing, burying their victims in mass graves. How come people
don't worry about their grandchildren? The ethnic diversification can
have ominous consequences, and their grandchildren might end
up in a mass grave. I assume it is because people are so focused
on sleeping well at night that they refuse to carry any moral burden.
They want to continue in their naive Kindergarten existence where
every cloud has a silver lining and human nature is inherently good,
although we have more than enough proofs to the contrary. It is
irresponsible.

You're just repeating your personal conclusions, which aren't even on the
topic of African IQs being lower than the arabs and other groups.

I repeat my question to you in my post on 6/12:

"If you can demonstrate that native Africans do relatively poorly on
standard
culturally neutral IQ tests, that would support your argument of racial
debilitation - can you show us some statisitics? "
