Thanks, Peter!

As if he should have learnt from past discussions not to show
off.... (more at the bottom)/Inger E

Look who's talking!
Oh, we have to hear from fake scholars, too, it seems.

Paul's assumption contradicted by every known scholar of History who
teaches (!) history from Medieval Age up to Modern Age. The
Feudalism is as a word only overshaddowed by 19th century's '-ism'
groupations. Difference which Paul seem to forgotten is that
Feudalism wasn't so much a political view but a way to organize the
agriculture sector's production in a way that the food could be
distributed to the growing towns merchandisers. That Paul, of
course, can't read French and thus didn't read Jacques Le Goff's
"L'Europe est-elle née au moyen âge? " from 2003 can't excuse his
ignorance since it's been translated into English "The birth of
Europe " 2005..... That he missed many other scholars show lack of
doing his homework.

So why then blaming Paul for not reading the French original?
Did you? I don't think so, because your French is lousy.
And did you also read Marc Blochs 'La société Féodale'?
I did, because I have an English translation.

I meant 'I didn't, because I have an English translation'

And did you learn anything new on the subject since you were
at school, followed more recent discussions?

I would venture to suggest that she doesn't actually read much of
anything serious, judging from the fairy tales she espouses as "fact".

Not much of a venture, I think.
