Hang on a minute, my daughter worked finding employment
and housing for rough sleepers and it was far from 'pedestrian'
I think 'Housing Officer' must mean something different in the
US of A I just can't imagine Mr. Hines doing that sort of work.

He likes to pretent that it was a title of convenience while
he was doing high-level intelligence work of the sort that has
the US in trouble around the world.

He actually found WMDs in a toilet trap once.
