Europe's chill linked to disease
According to a theory on BBC news today, the little ice age was
triggered by the black death. Apparently lots of people died so land
wasn't cultivated so much so there were more trees which mopped up the
CO2.
Sounds pretty daft to me, but then I am not a paeloclimatologist. :-)
