Not to mention that there were plenty of Eunuchs in
Byzantium-----Indeed, Constantinople has been called a Eunuch's
Paradise. Well to do Parents would often have a son Castrated so that
he could climb in the Imperial court as a official in the
Government,Military,& Church.
