Charter violations? How quaint.

The Usenet "Charter" is not a law, it's a set of guidelines. There is
adherence or not adherence to guidelines, but no such thing as violations,
much as I understand that netcops and their friends would want the charter
to be made into law and carrying severe penalties.

People like that should start their own mail list and lay down their law to
their heart's content on the few, if any, members.

ISPs used to cancel people's accounts when extremely offensive attacks were
involved in times when they still bothered, but even then nothing was done
for mere off-topic posting.

My sympathies anyway.

Set them to destroy, demolish and whiten the earth with salt, and buy the
Braveheart DVD. It's all the medieval history you need to know.
