Wes, you probably felt you had to get that off your chest, but I am
afraid that trying to play net cop will only use up your bandwidth to
no avail. You have let yourself be provoked by people who do not care
that what they post is off-topic and offends some, and who will
continue to do it as a means of getting attention. Their ISPs view
Usenet as a such a low priority that they do not TOSs anyone for
charter violations related to cross-posting or off-topic posting.
You are, I gather, using Mozilla or one of its descendants to post.
You might look at its kill file and filtering capabilities and see how
you might exploit them. Good luck. Set twit filters to "Stun."
