I'm sure whoever managed to come up with the first
observed,accurate map of the Italian peninsula and Sicily must have
kicking aat least mentally, that it resembled a high-heeled boot
record ofstone or a ball. But what's the earliest surviving written
this observation?
When was the high-heeled boot invented?
Good question. Could it be that the boot was invented by someone
inspired by the shape of Italy?
