But your opinion appears to be steam engines are a myth because the first one was not like modern ones. That does not compute.

The US had only male citizens voting. Black men voted before white women.

And of course the primary issue is Athens had a republic and the US was created as a republic not a democracy.

Nice point. The House is democratic, but the Senate and the Presidency were created specifically to prevent democracy, As Dubya found out to his advantage.
