Sorry for the confusion Marian. In my part of the world Marian or Marianne is a girls name. But there are many Roman Catholic men with Maria as one (mostly the last one) of their names. So if you see a name like J.J.J.M. Jansen (same as Ionescu (?) and Johansson), you can almost be sure he is (or was) RC. Almost.
