Euphemia of Ross, and her kinship to Robert II of Scots

when Ealan a Sratheireann (Helen of Strathern), widow of the great northern magnate, knight Raghnaill LeCheyn, lord of Inverugie, Duffus and Srath Nabhir;
in c 1350s married her next husband, knight David de Graham, of Old Montrose and Kincardine (d aft 1373)

[ that's son of the said marriage and display of his ancestry, i.e parents and their ancestry;

Ealann would have been marrying her kinsman who was within forbidden degrees of consanguinity.
Namely, knight David's grandmother had seemingly been Annabel a Sratheireann, daughter of Roibeart, mormaer of Sratheireann (whom anglicizing fascists make Robert, 4th earl of Strathearn)
while Ealann's father, one of Sratheireann mormaers named Maoliosa, had been a direct agnatic descendant of mormaer Roibeart, seemingly great-grandson.

Is there any record of them having received a dispensation from the church for that marriage ?

this knight David would apparently been queen Euphemia's maternal uncle.
