So are you saying that William Ferrers Senior had a daughter named Sibyl by Agnes of Chester and that one married John De Vipont and the other Sibyl who was daughter of William Jr and Sibyl Marshal married Franco De Bohun?

If so there is  no wonder that I had them confused.

(Sibyl de FERRERS   b. 25 Jul 1216 dau. of William earl of Derby by Agnes dau. of Hugh I earl of Chester) [See Turton *The Plantagenet Ancestry*, 137, Burke 1883, [*Burke's Dormant and Extinct Peerages*] 197. The latter has Sibyl as dau. of William earl of Derby by his first wife Sibyl Marshal. Neither source is overly reliable, especially the latter.]

the other Sybil is dau. of Wm. de Ferrers, 5th Earl of Derby & Sybil Marshal

I am working on the Ferrers daughters of Sibyl Marshal and William De Ferrers. I have run into a question on their daughter Sibyl Ferrers. I know that she was married to Franco/Frank de Bohun, but did she also have an earlier marriage to John De Vipont and have a child from this marriage named Robert De Vipont?
