Let me put it this way--
If she used Sparacio, those books have indexes. She had to use the
index to find the one lawsuit that exists, so she had to know there
weren't any others.
If she used mircrofilm, are you telling me she went through the book
page by page? Or did she use an index to find that 1693 lawsuit?
Do you see? No matter how you slice it, she lied.
