William Heathfield in New England

Coldham-Wilson's note on Gifford's suits in the _NGSQ_, volume 66 or
69, notes that "Since Mr. Henry Webb was residing in New England in
1650, we deduce that William Heathfield was also in New England at
that time, although his name does not appear in any of the sources for
that period." (Heathfield, claiming to be a former servant of Webb,
had testified in Gifford's behalf.)
