Euersdon & the manor of Shepreth except one mess. 15 acres of land & 5
acres of meadow in the same manor, which Ralph Crecy late parson of the
church of Thorpe by Asschborn gave to John de la Hay & w. Joan & the
heirs of their bodies; remainder to Wm. de la Hay & the heirs of his
body; after the death of John & Joan the premises descended to Wm. de
la Hay & Margaret his dau. & ought to descend to Mary & Joan wife of
Baldwin, daus & heirs of the said Margaret.
