When Tony's article was published I thought he made a very strong case;
my only disappointment was not to have any descent from those Careys...
since then, I was fortunate enough to discover that I do, via lord
Hunsdon's son Edmund. My family had by then given up pretending to be
interested in their ancestry- although my nieces were pleased to be
related to Anne Boleyn. As Tony suggested at the time, DNA tests would
be interesting- I can picture it as a TV documentary!- but permission
seems unlikely.
